Architect studies the client expectations, project requirements and budget required for the project.
Architect determines best location for the project by drawing layout of the project in brief.
They develop technical detail of the project to discuss with the project team.
Final drawing along with the specifications is developed for the builder.

Project is to be completed in warranty period called the defects liability period and architect has responsibility to take follow up from the builder.
